Troy Trojans Girls Bowling in the News...

Trojans Sweep Wave 01.26.2012 Scores at Treaty Lanes
were low on Wednesday. But the only thing that
mattered was that Troy's scores were higher than
Greenville's. The Trojans swept the Green Wave - the
boys winning by a 2,301-2,055 count and the girls by a
1,887-1,498 margin - to remain unblemished in the North
Division of the Greater Western Ohio Conference at 7-0.

Trojans Set a New Record 01.20.2012 TROY - On a day
when the top two boys teams in the Greater Western Ohio
Conference North Division clashed for supremacy, it was the
girls that stole the show. The Trojan girls struck early and
often on their way to a team record match total of 2,519 -
besting Vandalia-Butler by 525 pins.

Troy Tops Piqua 01.18.2012 PIQUA - Trojan girls were
able to solve the lane conditions and steadily pull away
from the Indians to post a 2,184-1,912 win.

Trojans Wipe Out Wave 01.11.2012 TROY - The Troy
bowling teams coasted over visiting Greenville, posting a
sweep of the Green Wave in Greater Western Ohio Conference
North Division action on Tuesday at Troy Bowl. The Troy boys
team (15-2, 12-2 GWOC) posted a 2,636-2,095 win, while the
Trojan girls (14-3, 12-2 GWOC) outscored Greenville by a
2,310-1,778 count.

Trojans Sweep Jackets 01.07.2012 SIDNEY - The Troy
bowling teams travelled to Sidney and picked up an important
sweep to open Greater Western Ohio Conference North Division
play on Friday at Bel-mar Lanes.The Trojan girls established
a 42-pin lead after the first game and then tenaciously
defended it to claim a slim 12-pin win in a match that was
tight all the way, 2.278-2,266.

Trojans Split with Westerville Central 01.06.2012 The
Troy bowling teams split with Westerville Central on
Thursday at Troy Bowl. The boys won going away with a
2,829-2,398 victory, while the girls dropped a close
2,181-2,129 decision.

Trojans Sweep Vikings 01.04.2012 The Troy bowling teams
pulled away from Miamisburg to claim a sweep in Greater
Western Ohio Conference play at Poelking South Lanes on
Tuesday.

The single team game record. The two-game team series
record. The total match record. Even a run at tying the
individual game record with what would have been the
program's seventh 300 game. The reigning state champion Troy
boys' debut in their new home couldn't have gone better.

Girls Impress at Ohio High School Kickoff 12.05.2011
The Troy girls finished second in the three game qualifying,
but were knocked out in the first round of the championship
round by Austintown Fitch.
